South Downs Way (well almost...)

Had a brilliant time with old school friends cycling the SDW, the only bummer for me was getting serious cramps and strain on my thigh muscles on the first day, leaving me with the awkward choice of carrying on (with many stops and in pain) or heading back home to recover before returning to work. Meeting up in Winchester with Nick, Rick, Tim, Steve, Doug and Andy at the very nice the Hermitage B&B, we spent the evening at the superb, very English Wykeham Arms pub and then onto the Ghandi Indian restaurant.
